| Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3pm EST are Guaranteed to Ship the Same Day! We have several shipping methods available for your convenience. All orders are fully insured and guaranteed. At your request, we can ship USPS or UPS Next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day and through DHL. We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. Important Note: For Alaska and Hawaii residents, you MUST use the * UPS 2-Day (for Alaska and Hawaii Residents) option during checkout in order for your order to be accepted. Important Note: For APO and P.O. Box addresses, you MUST use the * USPS (APO and P.O. Boxes) option during checkout in order for your order to be accepted. • How Fast Will My Order Ship? As FAST as possible! We guarantee to get your package out the same business day if your order is placed by 3pm EST time, and if you order after that, your package will ship the next business day. You will be provided tracking number(s) to follow your shipment in transit. Normal Business hours are M-F, from 9AM to 5 PM EST. Please keep in mind that we only ship orders M-F, which means that orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST time by Internet or phone on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. • How is Shipping Calculated? We base our shipping charges on current UPS / FedEx / USPS / DHL shipping costs. Shipping is determined in 3 ways - by weight, shipping method selected, and destination. Do not be fooled by our competitors flat rate shipping charges! In many cases you are either paying more for the product to make up for this rate, or simply paying to much for shipping. Our website is set up to automatically configure the best rate for you in real time. Why pay more? Our average fully insured UPS ground shipment price is around $5.95, but in many cases it is even less. • Are you going to Charge Sales Tax? No. Unless you're a California resident. One of the greatest reasons to shop online is the savings you experience by avoiding sales tax! We do not charge sales tax on orders unless they are originating in CA. We are required by law to enforce the current tax rate of 0.0825%, since our business is registered and operating in the State. • Is my Shipment Insured? Yes it is. Every product shipped is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. We have an easy to understand return policy, if the need arises.
